Due each print being made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, if your print arrives damaged in any way please make us known via stallardatelier@gmail.com along with your order number and an image of the prints condition. This must be done within 8 days of receiving your order.
This will be assessed on a case by case basis and under our printing suppliers policies.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note all prints are made to order, meaning dispatch time may take longer than usual.

It is recommended that all prints are professionally framed and handled due to the delicacy of the product. All prints come rolled in a safe cardboard tube.

Unfortunately at this time we are not offering framed prints. You can however register your interest for purchasing framed prints here.

The shipping rate is a flat fee of $16.50. We only use Australia Post Express shipping.
This shipping fee applies per order and not per print.

For now, we are offering A1, A2 and A3 sizes.
